The Illinois Search and Rescue Council ("ISARC") maintains this web site ("site") as a service to its members, as well as the interested members of the general public.  The information presented herein is for informative purposes only.  ISARC invites users to visit the site and download and copy information, documents and materials (collectively, "materials") from the site for the userís personal, non-commercial use, without any right to resell, redistribute or create derivative works there from, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.  Use of this site constitutes agreement with the following terms and conditions.
